An evening at the circus
Sophie's school put on a great circus performance. It didn't start till 8:30pm, but, after a good long nap at school in the afternoon, Sophie (and all the rest of the children) coped very well. The bigger kids did things like walking along a beam, balancing plates on sticks, but even the little ones in Sophie's class looked pretty impressive, especially with the balancing on the ball trick, then being swung up into the air. Unfortunately I didn't quite get a picture of the moment when Sophie stood up straight on their hands.
